1. Even heating, large working area, suitable for large area hot stamping requirements.

2. The workbench frame adopts a pull-out design. The design style of the old model using thick iron plates is changed, making the operation more lightweight and labor-saving.

Process

1. Connect the compressor connector, open the air pressure, and adjust the pressure gauge (4pB-6pB) to raise the heating plate;

2. Plug in the power, turn on the main power switch, then the indicator light will be turned on and LCD screen lights up.

3. Turn on the governor switch and adjust to the appropriate speed.

4. Check if the emergency stop switch is off.

5. Touch the screen and click â€˜â€˜log-in’’ to enter the system.

6.Adjust the required temperature and time according to the material.

7. When the temperature rises to the required value, place the material on the workbench, select the working mode semi-automatic/full-automatic, and the machine will start to work.

Time setting: Select "Heat Press Time" to set the time according to the requirements. Select "Loading Time" to set the time for placing the material (in semi-automatic mode, the time is set to 0)

Temperature setting: Click "heating", then "next page", and set the heat press temperature according to the requirements ("One two three corresponding Temp setting, parameters remain the same")

Pressure adjustment: Adjust the pressure adjustment knob on the top of the oil / water separation filter. Pull the pressure adjustment knob upwards to release the self-locking. Turn clockwise to increase the air intake volume and the pressure. Turn counterclockwise to decrease the air intake volume and the pressure. Press the pressure adjustment knob downward to lock the air pressure.

Notes

1.Because the materials and thickness of these materials are different,so the temp and time also required different.
2. Pls try a small sample to get the right temp and time needed before large quantities printing.
3.Clothing require temp about 180℃,Fabric clothing use with sublimation paper:30-50 sec,100% cotton clothing use with transfer paper:15-20sec.
